Professional Sound Design

The Pioneer DJ DJM-900NXS2-W comes equipped with the highest quality audio components ensuring a warm detailed sound. The DJM-900NXS2-W features a 64-bit mixing processor using enhancing dithering technology and a low-jitter clock to provide the highest quality of sound. The 64-bit DSP allows more dedication to loops, FX, send and returns giving the mixer more power to control these without getting hammered by processing. Additional the analogue noise gets reduced through the improved pre-amp and output circuits.

Sound Colour FX and New Beat FX

The completely renewed sound colour FX on the DJM-900NXS2-W including sweep, filter, crush, dub, echo, noise and space are available for every channel with the new addition of beat FX that can be adjusted using one finger on the large X-Pad. 4 new types of beat FX have been added including ping pong, helix, vinyl brake and pitch. Use the X-Pad to easily control the parameters of these effects.

FX Frequency

The DJ DJM-900NXS2-W allows more control over your FX with the ability to choose which frequency range you want to apply the FX to. Effect different frequencies of your track by using the 3 band FX isolator to choose between low, mid and hi frequency. This feature is ideal for wanting to affect say a vocal in a track without affecting the bass. You can select the MID and HI frequencies to be affected thus allowing the vocal to be affected with delays or reverbs and leave the bass frequencies clean.

Independent Send/Return

As well as using the built-in FX, the DJM-900NXS2-W allows you to easily connect en external FX unit to the mixer and have both these be used at the same time. Either connect external hardware via AUX or even connect your iPhone/iPad via USB to use instrument and FX apps giving the ability to be more creative with your DJ sets.
