Estimated Delivery Times are not a guarantee but the majority orders are delivered on the date stated. If you urgently require this product for a specific date then please call our sales team on 0330 380 1135 and they will be happy to check and advise if your delivery requirement can be met prior to you placing an order. For remote areas or international delivery, it may take longer to deliver your products and some delivery services may not be fulfilled. Once an order has been placed you will be advised of a the most accurate delivery time schedule.
If you will be struggling to be at your shipping address during the week to take delivery you can always select our Saturday Delivery Service. Orders placed before 4:00pm on a Friday, with Saturday delivery option selected, will be delivered to mainland UK on Saturday.
For Orders over £99 this service costs = £4.99For Orders under £99 this service costs = £9.99
A Saturday Delivery would not be guaranteed if you live in Northern Ireland or remote parts of the UK.
If you pay with a Credit of Debit card using 3D Secure during our website checkut procedure you can specify a particluar address you would like to send the goods to.
For orders placed over the phone, through finance or via PayPal then goods would need to be sent to the billing address or the address registered on your Paypal / Finance account.
We use DPD & Fedex as our choice of courier, we feel they provide the best & most reliable service for the value and quality of goods we send.
With DPD you can track your order via their website, once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number which you can enter into DPDs website and follow live updates. Similarly they also provide a text message for when they are within an hour of delivering to your door.
With Fedex you can also track your orders via their website using trackng information we have provided when an order has been dispatched.
Due to the nature of the type of goods we sell, we do not allow a courier to leave goods in a safe place, nor do we allow for the goods to be left with a neighbour.
We would need a signature at the place the order has been specified to be sent to so please allow time for you to be in to accept and sign for the goods.
If you were unable to sign for your delivery, our courier would either send a text or leave a calling card.
If the order was being delivered with DPD then they would automatically try again the next working day. If the order was being delivered by Fedex then your order would need to be rearranged with Fedex via the tracking info provided.
