It also features a 5" midrange woofer and a 8” subwoofer, made with composite ‘W’-cone and a 35Hz cut-off frequency. Like Solo6 and Twin6, Trio6 benefits from exclusive Focal technologies: TMD suspension, laminar venting, reinforced cabinetry, IAL, and more. Several other features complete this professional piece of kit: high-pass crossover, disengageable automatic standby mode, 160 Hz LMF crossover for console reflections, making Trio6 a benchmark studio monitor.
MULTIPLE FEATURES
Solo6, Twin6 and Trio6 include a variable high-pass crossover and a 160Hz parametric crossover to reduce reflections caused by the console or desk. These monitors are also equipped with a high-pass crossover and a disengageable automatic standby mode, accessible via a switch and offering a simple and essential option for controlling the loudspeaker.
