The M1Active 330 USB monitors are comprised of a 3-inch aluminium LF driver and a 1-inch silk dome tweeter, with 10W of output power per channel. The 3-inch aluminium low frequency driver features a port enclosure for defined and powerful bass. The silk dome tweeter helps to provide smooth and clear highs that capture all the air and sparkle from your sound source. With 20W of power in total, the monitors are suitable for mixing and multimedia applications.
16-Bit/48kHz USB Audio Interface
One of the most unique features of the 330 USB Studio Monitors is the integrated USB audio interface. The addition of the built-in audio interface is ideal for recording audio with reference-grade audio resolution. The interface is great for processing line-level turntables, keyboard, guitar effects, DJ mixers, CD/Tape players and more. This is highly convenient for converting old records, tapes and CDs, allowing you to digitise your music collection with ease. It’s plug and play compatibility allows you to connect easily to your computer and record within minutes.
Aluminium Woofers
The unique 3-inch aluminium woofers have been selected and implemented lighter and stiffer performance, compared to carbon-fibre or glass-Aramid woofers. This results in a faster transient attack and a linear frequency response in the bass and mids. The precision-designed waveguide helps to ensures optimal high-frequency dispersion for a predictable pattern. This makes finding the ‘sweet spot’ easier than ever, as well as preventing random scattering of sound.
Design & Connectivity
The smooth, baffled radiuses result in an aerodynamic design, helps to minimise edge diffraction for optimised sound reproduction. The custom-design, anti-resonant wooden cabinet ensures a natural bass response. For added power, the monitors also feature a built-in bass boost switch for really testing out the lower-end. The rear of the speaker features balanced inputs as well as a 1/8-inch stereo input for connecting various other equipment.
