2. You must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for the offer.
3. Rebate offer limited to one rebate per customer.
4. The rebate will not be processed unless the StudioLive 32S or 64S is registered to a My.Presonus account.
5. The e-mail containing the scanned StudioLive 32S or 64S form with serial number and invoice copy must be received on or before 1 February 2020.
6. Only completed PreSonus rebate forms will be honored; failure to complete forms will result in this offer becoming void. PreSonus is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected e-mail, or illegible submissions.
