Denon DJ Release The New LC6000 DJ Controller, With 8.5” Jogwheel And Inherited DNA From Their Flagship SC6000 PRIME, Giving DJs More Control Over Their Dual-Layer Mixes.

Denon DJ have released a brand new unit for both laptop-based and standalone DJs, which they claim to be ‘the world’s most versatile DJ controller’. The Denon DJ LC6000 PRIME Performance Expansion Controller gives DJs physical control over their second layer when using units such as the SC6000, SC6000M, SC5000 and SC5000M PRIME media players, essentially turning their one media player into two. This allows for better control over mixing and cueing, and working on the fly.

Denon DJ are the only company to offer a dual-layer playback media player. When using a single one, you’ve got the ability to assign tracks to different layers, so you can switch between and mix them seamlessly - it essentially gives you two players in one. The LC6000 PRIME is an extension unit that gives you even more control over your second layer, giving you ultimate freedom to mix and remix your tracks, whilst only using one media player. Simply take a USB out of your Denon DJ media player and plug into the LC6000, and you’re ready to go!

The Denon DJ LC6000 PRIME has the same look, feel and design as their flagship SC6000M controller, so Denon DJ users will already be well used to the layout. It’s got an 8.5” jogwheel, with high-definition central display, 100mm dual-precision pitch fader, track search strip, pitch bend buttons and eight robust multi-function performance pads. The central display shows your playhead position, as well as other essential track information, and it can also display track artwork or a custom DJ logo. The pads can be used for Loops, Hot Cues, Roll etc making remixing on the fly much easier. It’s all put together perfectly - everything is where you need it to be when you’re performing, making the LC6000 a truly professional DJ controller.
