The Mackie HR624 mk2 is an active studio reference monitor featureing a 6.7-inch low-frequency woofer driven by 100-watts onboard FR Fast Recovery amplifier. The Mackie HR624 Mk2's waveguide loaded aluminum dome tweeter is powered with 40-watts, and an active crossover helps to eliminate phase anomalies through the crossover region.
The Mackie HR624MKII monitor also includes time-correction circuitry, which allows the high and low frequency content to reach the listener at the same time, in the correct phase relationship for a stable stereo image.
