AmpliTube 4 features an Acoustic Sim pedal that aims to transmute your electric guitar into an acoustic; it is tweakable with on-board controls and features three styles of acoustic body and body-tops
Effects-Loop Stage
AmpliTube 4 provides an additional slot in the signal chain right after the pre-amp section but before the power stage; this slot lets you add in up to four daisy-chained effects (including all of the stompboxes) for signal processing before hitting the power section
Put Effects Anywhere in the Chain
You can use many of the stompbox and rack effects in any of the rack-effects slots; conversely, you can use rack effects in the stompbox slots too
8-Channel Recorder
AmpliTube 4 can operate as an 8-channel DAW, allowing you to capture, loop, edit, mix, and export audio in the stand-alone application
MIDI-Controllable Looper
Dubbed the Super Looper, this feature is a 4-part looping station suitable for laying down multi-part backing tracks; each track includes level and panning controls, and can be instantiated by MIDI-foot controller or mouse click
