Powerful Mic Preamps & Precise Conversion

The Clarett 4Pre USB incorporates 4 microphone preamps with a low-distortion, ultra-linear design that have been specially crafted to deliver a clean, transparent, and powerful sound. Record guitars, vocals, and more through the 4 ultra-low noise Clarett mic preamps, providing you with highly accurate audio. Additionally, the mic preamps also include a unique 'Air' feature, which enables them to reproduce the input impedance, clarity and frequency response curve of Focusrite's original ISA mic preamp, providing you with a cost-effective solution for recording in a true analog style tone. The Focusrite Clarett 4Pre USB delivers up to 118dB dynamic range and 24-bit/192kHz A-D and D-A conversion, making it a first choice for capturing audio to your DAW.

Versatile Connectivity

The Clarett 4Pre USB incorporates 4 mic/line inputs, 2 of which are for high-impedance instrument inputs that can record super-hot pickups with no unwanted distortion. The audio interface features 4 line inputs and 4 line outputs, MIDI I/O, S/PDIF I/O, 2 headphone ports with individual level control, and an ADAT input, allowing for multiple connections for versatile recording scenarios. The Clarett 4Pre USB allows you to connect up a number of instruments and microphones simultaneously. The Clarett USB audio interface features 2 monitor outputs with anti-thump technology, which protects your speakers from spikes when booting up and shutting down. Additionally, the audio interface features 2 high power headphone outputs with volume control for each on the front, ideal for private listening, producing, and mixing with a friend. The Focusrite 4Pre USB Audio Interface also features an ADAT input, allowing for expansion of up to 8 additional input channels if needed.

Included Software

The Focusrite Clarett 4Pre USB comes bundled with a range of software for recording, processing, and producing music. Ableton Live Lite is included, providing you with a customised and streamlined version of Ableton Live, allowing you to get started with making music. Create music straight out the box with the included 2GB of royalty-free samples from Loopmasters, and process them with a range of Softube's world-class reverb, delay, mastering, and distortion plug-ins. A flawless emulation of the iconic ISA 110 Equaliser and ISA 130 Dynamics Modules that retails for $349, bx_console Focusrite perfectly captures the famously open sound of the Focusrite Studio Console and adds a number of new features including continuous Gain and THD controls.
