Finance is a great way to spread the cost of your purchase. To make it easy we’ve teamed up with etika whose smart technology lets you apply for and complete the loan application quickly and entirely online.

Simply add the items you love to your basket. Once you are at the checkout choose "etika Finance" as your payment option. Complete etika’s application process, pay the agreed deposit and submit your application. Please note that this involves a credit check. In most cases you will receive an instant decision. If etika require further information for your application, you will be clearly notified and instructed. Easy!

If your application is declined, you can contact etika for more information. An email confirming details of the credit reference agency used will also be sent.

Minimum Criteria to be eligible for a loan with etika:

• You must be over 18 years of age.
• You must be employed at least 16 hours per week, self-employed, retired in receipt of a pension or receiving disability payments.
• You must be a permanent UK resident with at least 3 years UK address history.
• You must have a good credit history with no late payments, debt relief orders, CCJs, IVAs or bankruptcies.
• You must have an active valid email address.

Your application will be assessed based on eligibility, credit history and affordability and etika will let you know the outcome. It’s important to know that when applying for finance a hard credit check is made which is recorded on your credit file.

In a few cases, your application may be referred to a lender for manual assessment and you’ll be notified by email of the credit decision within 24 hours. 5. Your first direct debit payment will be taken about a month after you receive your purchase. This will show on your statement as a payment to your lender. You have the right to repay all or part of the loan early at any time.

Due to the highly regulated policy that goes with applying for finance, Software titles that are classed as 'Download only' or 'Electronic Delivery' are not available to purchase with finance.

Software that is classed as 'Boxed' & have a physical attribute such as a USB drive, CD or similar that can be physically dispatched via courier can still be applied for under finance as long as the products still comply with the other eligibility criteria.

There is a 14-day cooling off period where you can withdraw from the credit agreement after signing your documents. If you wish to do this please contact us directly. We can cancel the application on your behalf. There is no need to contact etika.

A payment plan does not affect our standard refund and returns policy. Just contact us and we’ll cancel your application and the lender will refund your deposit and let you know of any outstanding balance if applicable.

 In the event of a complaint from a sale where finance was the payment method we will work to resolve this in-house with you and in line with the Financial Conduct Authority (https://www.fca.org.uk/) & Financial Ombudsman Service (https://www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk/) requirements.
