Dedicated Controls
Another great feature of this control surface is the dedicated automation controls featuring 16 soft keys and 2 programmable touch strips. This handy tool gives you maximum control over your DAW letting you automate controls and parameters at the touch of a button. Also included are transport controls and an aluminium jog wheel for added convenience, letting you quickly edit and control parameters within Pro Tools. The ideal balance between Touchscreen and analog controls makes this dock the perfect control surface for any serious sound engineer or music producer.
Free Pro Tools | Control app
The Dock Control Surface runs via the free Pro Tools Control iOS app that comes included with the dock. The high-speed communication power of EUCON technology enables you to record and mix faster than ever before and more efficiently than working with just a mouse or keyboard. Big mixes can prove to be a chore with many channels and effects being used simultaneously, but with the Control iOS app you can view up to 40 tracks at a time with its unique track view which lets you visually navigate through larger mixes. The app itself will automatically update its controls to any supported application you have, giving you maximum flexibility over your recording and mixing.
