Focusrite Saffire Pro 14

The front of the Saffire Pro 14 hosts two combo inputs with HiZ instrument inputs for recording guitar and two XLR inputs with selectable +48v phantom power for recording studio condenser microphones.Gain control is easy to adjust thanks to dedicated pots for each input with the additional help of signal and overload L.E.D indicators. To the right of the Saffire Pro 14 is the monitor section with pots for both the master output and headphone output.SPDIF digital input and output are located on the back left of the Pro 14 with MIDI IO available for connecting external MIDI devices such as keyboards.  4 Aanalog 6.3mm TRS outputs and 2 TRS line inputs make up the right section.

The included Focusrite Mix control software acts as a virtual mixer for easy access to a host of routing options making the workflow very easy and streamlined.

Ableton Live Lite 8 is supplied as entry level recording software with the Novation Bass Station software synth and over 1Gb of royalty free samples. The Focusrite Plug-in Suite software also comes free for adding pro quality effects.
