When I first opened the box, it was almost like opening the bonnet of a Ferrari, graced with the presence of a perfectly well oiled machine. The installation was a breeze just needing to register the licence within the Native Instruments Service Centre.

Already using Ableton as my DAW, I quickly loaded the Maschine software as a plug-in and was up and running in no time.

Something I later found out is that you can use the Maschine Mikro as a controller to control Ableton and Maschine software simultaneously. Just hit SHIFT + CONTROL to select the Ableton Live template.

Very happy with the Maschine Mikro so far and will be back for some more sounds soon.
